How long will it take for my online order to arrive?
Domestic (USA) orders generally take 1 week or less to arrive from date purchased. International orders generally take 5 - 10 business days to arrive but can take up to 3-4 weeks in some extreme cases. Please review our Ordering Terms page for more details.
Can I exchange an item I have bought online?
Yes, we allow size exchanges and exchanges on defective or damaged goods. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us through our contact form and be sure to select "Customer Service" and provide your Order # in the appropriate field. From there we will reply with return instructions.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally on a regular basis; Please see our Ordering Terms page for shipping pricing and delivery times.
I am unsure of what size to order, do you have a size chart?
Yes, please refer to our size chart which can be found towards the bottom left side of the Store.
I am interested in carrying ONLY in my store, how can I setup a wholesome account?
Please email us at (email@example.com) and include your store info, years in business, photo(s), website (if available), and your general brand stock list and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Will ONLY sponsor me?

Will you be restocking any Vintage Hats?
All of our vintage hats are produced from rare deadstock fabrics. Unfortunately once they're gone, they're gone.
The tracking information on my package has not updated in a few days, what's going on?
International orders generally take 5 - 14 business days to arrive after being shipped but can take up to 3-4 weeks in some extreme cases. If your tracking number has not been updated in a few days don't worry, this usually means that your package has been processed through a sort facility (i.e.: Jamaica, NY or Bethpage, NY) and is currently in transit. Different countries use different shipping methods so tracking numbers do not always transfer overseas. It is possible that the package has already been transported internationally and the tracking number won't update till it has been delivered. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
I'm getting an FMF error at checkout. What does this mean?
This error is triggered by a fraud prevention measure set up by our payment processor. If you have received this error at checkout, please make sure that the billing address you've provided matches the billing address associated with the credit card you are using. Also please make sure that you have entered your CVV2 code correctly. If you are still getting this error after following these steps you may try using PayPal instead.
